Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DEDLINE, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use DEDLINE.

DEDLINE is a release management and planning tool for independent artists, producers, and creatives. It helps you organize releases, plan content, manage budgets, and collaborate with your team. DEDLINE is a planning tool — it does not post content to social media on your behalf.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DEDLINE.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts for others without their knowledge.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.

With DEDLINE you can:

• Create and manage release campaigns, sessions, and brainstorm content
• Plan and organize your content calendar
• Track your budget and roadmap tasks
• Collaborate with team members you invite
• Upload images and files related to your releases

Everything you create in DEDLINE — your release notes, budgets, content plans, uploaded files, brainstorm sessions — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.

By using DEDLINE, you give us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service. We don't use your content for any other purpose.

You are responsible for the content you upload and share. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use.

You may not:

• Use DEDLINE for anything illegal or harmful
• Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell DEDLINE
• Use DEDLINE to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

DEDLINE is currently in beta. This means:

• The service may have bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior
• Features may change, be added, or be removed during beta
• Data may occasionally be lost (though we work hard to prevent this — back up anything critical)
• Beta access may be by invitation only

By participating in beta, you agree to share feedback with us and understand that the product is still being developed.

Some features of DEDLINE may require a paid subscription in the future. We will give you advance notice before any free features become paid. Current pricing will always be available on our website.

We aim to keep DEDLINE available at all times, but we can't guarantee it. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control. We won't be liable for any downtime.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

When your account is deleted, your data will be removed within 30 days.

DEDLINE is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for:

• Lost data (though we take backups seriously)
• Content you upload or decisions you make using DEDLINE
• Third-party services connected to DEDLINE (Supabase, Google Calendar, etc.)
• Any revenue, opportunity, or business outcome

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEDLINE's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you haven't paid anything).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nashville, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of DEDLINE after that means you accept the new Terms.
